Tree of Hope Funding (TOHF) is a dynamic organization dedicated to empowering economically challenged communities with business opportunities. We recognize there are historically disenfranchised communities that have made major contributions to the social, cultural and political success of this country, yet still face inequities. We are:

• A movement dedicated to finding REAL solutions for positively impacting disenfranchised communities.

What Is Important To Us

TOHF's primary objectives are to:

• Identify creative business ideas.
• Work with and support start-up businesses as well as existing ones that may need additional assistance.
• Create employment opportunities by building vibrant businesses and reinvesting in economically challenged communities.

How We Accomplish Our Mission

TOHF has a three-step process for accomplishing our mission:

• Business Training: Our clients are provided with ongoing business training from small business professionals. These experts assist our clients in developing an action plan that gives direction for their business to succeed.
• Funding: This step includes a plan for establishing fiscal responsibility within each business. Funding is allocated on an incremental basis according to an action plan, which ensures a business is not under-funded. This creates a balance between meeting client growth while also developing accountability.
• Reinvesting: TOHF tithes 10% of our returns back into community service projects directed towards education and redevelopment in disenfranchised communities. The remaining revenue is used to teach and fund new clients. By reinvesting, tithing and creating jobs within the community, our model encourages clients we partner with to do the same.
